We are going to tackle the question of public services.
Phone, cell phones and Internet:
It is very easy to get a celL phone in Uruguay. You can use prepaid services or sign a contract with one of the telecommunication companies. Service is obtained right away the purchase. To get a land-in phone takes a little longer but still affordable and possible installation in about 5 days.
Internet connection. There are two possibilities to get broadband. Wireless or ADSL.

What's the best place to hang out with our pets? The park, the promenade, the seashore?
All of these options are available here (among others we may be forgetting to mention) for you to make. The city dwellers do actually love animals and create a feeling of love and respect towards them. |

Uruguay is a safe and quiet place to live in as a result of a melting-pot culture not by force but by the desire to recognise the importance of diversity. We see that many countries have become some sort of Fortress. Uruguay stays far away from this view to exclude the diversity. Uruguay has the need to experiece new things to evolve into a brighter future.
